Shipping and Processing
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders outside of the U.S.
How long does your processing time take?
All of our shirts are custom printed and made to order. Please allow 3-6 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
What are your shipping times and costs?
After your order has been processed, shipping times will depend on your location. At Carly and Coop, we provide standard shipping on all orders, with costs calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 2-6 business days
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
I accidentally put in the wrong address. Can I change it?
If you contact us within 1 hour of purchase we can modify the address for your order. After that your order will enter our production phase and we will be unable to make any modifications to your order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
What do I do if my order was delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?
Please be aware that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, its movement within their network is beyond our control. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact us promptly. You can reach us through our contact us page or email us at info@carlyandcoop.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and tracking number so we can investigate and find the best possible solution.
Returns & Cancellations
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Here at Carly and Coop, all shirts are custom printed and made to order, therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where there are manufacturer errors or if your order arrives damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can view our return and refund policy here.
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issues with their order. Each return or exchange request due to a manufacturer error will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To process your request, proof of the error must be submitted via photo verification. If your request is approved, you will have the option to choose between a refund or an exchange for a replacement product.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, accidental purchases, or incorrect addresses. Before purchasing, please ensure that you have selected the correct size, color, and quantity. Review the sizing guide included in each listing to confirm the right size.
How do I start A return or exchange request?
Here at Carly and Coop, all shirts are custom printed and made to order, therefore all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where there are manufacturer errors or if your order arrives damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To initiate a request, you can contact us via our contact us page or by our email info@carlyandcoop.com. Please make sure to include your name and order number. Photo verification of your defective product is required for us to process your request. We may request additional photos if necessary.
Please include a clear photo of the product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame. If your request relates to a sizing discrepancy, please include a photo showing the garment measured with a tape measure to highlight the difference in size. Keep in mind, we allow for a +/- 1.5” tolerance in measurements. Minor variations from the size guide are possible and are not considered defects if they fall within this tolerance. If the size difference exceeds our 1.5” tolerance from our sizing guides, please reach out to us.
If your return request is approved and you choose to proceed with a return, please do not send the item to the address listed on your original package. This is not our return address. Sending it there can delay, alter or cancel the processing of your return. We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order moves into production, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. We understand that mistakes can occur during checkout, so if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be accommodated.
To request a cancellation or order modification, please contact us at info@carlyandcoop.com or through our contact us page within 1 hour of placing your order. Please make sure to include your name and order number.
How will I recieve my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and accepted your return. Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. This can sometimes take 10-30 business days depending on your method of payment.

What do I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We’re here to help ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us through our contact us form or email us at info@carlyandcoop.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a clear photo showing the full design and any problem areas. Once we have this information, we’ll work on providing the best solution right away!
Are your pregnancy shirts maternity shirts?
No, our pregnancy shirts are not maternity shirts. All of our clothing is unisex sizing. However, many pregnant women find that sizing up 1-3 sizes provides a comfortable fit. To ensure the most accurate fit, we recommend reviewing the sizing guide included in each product listing.

How do I know what size to order?
All items in our store are unisex, which means they are designed to fit both men and women. We recommend checking the size chart in each product listing to select the best fit for you. What are the care instructions for Carly and Coop clothing?
To keep your shirts looking as vibrant as the day you got it please follow the proper care instructions below:
✦ WASHING
- Before washing turn your shirt inside out.
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, mild detergent and similar colors.
- Avoid using fabric softeners, products with color-safe bleach or stain lifters, as they contain chemicals that may cause the graphic to fade over time.
✦ DRYING
- Hang dry is recommended for best longevity. You may tumble dry on a low setting, but please note that doing so may cause the graphic on your clothing to fade gradually over time.
✦ IRONING
- If ironing is needed make sure to turn the shirt inside out first.
- Do not iron directly on the design.
- Iron on a low setting or use a steam iron.
- Do not dry-clean.
